Walking
From the center of Gatlinburg, head northeast on Parkway toward Airport Road. Continue on Parkway for about 0.5 miles until you reach Gatlinburg's Trolley Station. At the Trolley Station, board the Blue Route Trolley toward the Sugarlands Visitor Center. Once you reach the Sugarlands Visitor Center, disembark and follow the signs to the trailhead for Mingus Mill. The trailhead is approximately 2 miles from the visitor center. Walk along the path and enjoy the scenic views until you reach Mingus Mill.

Public Transport
From Gatlinburg, walk to the nearest Trolley Station on the Parkway. Take the Blue Route Trolley, which is headed toward the Sugarlands Visitor Center. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sugarlands Visitor Center, you will need to walk approximately 2 miles to reach Mingus Mill. Follow the signs indicating Mingus Creek Trail, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Gatlinburg. Start by heading northeast on Parkway. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto the Gatlinburg Trail, which takes you toward the Sugarlands Visitor Center. This route is a scenic ride and is about 3 miles long. Once you arrive at the Sugarlands Visitor Center, continue on the path for about 2 more miles until you reach Mingus Mill.
