Car
If you're traveling by car from Rock City, head southeast on Scenic Highway toward GA-189. After about 2.5 miles, merge onto US-27 S. Continue for approximately 4 miles and take the exit onto I-24 E toward Knoxville. After about 5 miles, take exit 185 for US-153 N toward Hixson. Continue on US-153 N for about 7 miles, then take exit 1B for TN-58 N. Continue on TN-58 N for around 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Champion Road. Turn left onto Champion Road, and the entrance to Booker T. Washington State Park is on your right at 5801 Champion Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416.

For those using public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Rock City. You will need to take a bus to the Chattanooga downtown area. From there, transfer to the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) bus service. Look for the bus that goes to the Northgate Mall area, as this will get you closer to the park. After reaching Northgate Mall, you may need to call a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance of approximately 7 miles to Booker T. Washington State Park, located at 5801 Champion Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416.
