If you're driving from the center of Sparta, TN, head northeast on W Bockman Way (TN-84) toward N Spring St. Continue for about 2.5 miles and then turn right onto Virgin Falls Trail. Follow this road for approximately 8 miles until you reach the Virgin Falls parking area. This road may be a bit narrow, so drive cautiously. There is no entrance fee for the parking area, but ensure to have a full tank of gas before heading out as services are limited in the area.

Currently, there are no direct public transportation options available to Virgin Falls. Visitors can take a taxi or rideshare service from Sparta, which is about 10 miles away. After arriving at the Virgin Falls Trailhead, prepare for a hike of about 3 miles one way to reach the falls.
