From Memphis, take I-40 E towards Nashville. Continue on I-40 E for about 150 miles. Take exit 288 for TN-111 N towards Cookeville. After approximately 17 miles, take the exit for TN-84 W. Continue on TN-84 W for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Country Club Rd. Turn left onto Country Club Rd and follow it for about 2 miles. The State Historic Rock House will be on your left at 3663 Country Club Rd, Sparta, TN 38583.

From Nashville, take I-40 W towards Memphis. After about 90 miles, take exit 288 for TN-111 N towards Cookeville. Follow the same directions from Cookeville as mentioned above to reach the State Historic Rock House.
