Car
If you're driving, head south on the Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive from the Panther Junction Visitor Center. After about 14 miles, you'll see the Mule Ear Peaks on your left. There is a parking area along the road where you can stop to take pictures and enjoy the view.

Currently, there are limited public transportation options within Big Bend National Park.
