    Car

    From downtown Austin, head north on N Lamar Blvd. Continue on N Lamar Blvd for about 2 miles until you reach W 15th St. Turn right onto W 15th St and continue for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with MoPac Expressway (TX-1). Merge onto MoPac Expressway northbound. After about 3 miles, take the exit toward 2222/Koenig Ln. Merge onto 2222 and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Mount Bonnell Road. Follow Mount Bonnell Road for about half a mile, and you will see Covert Park at Mount Bonnell on your left, with parking available on-site.

    Public Transportation

    From downtown Austin, board the MetroBus Route 3 (Burnet/Manchaca) at any of the bus stops along 6th St. Ride the bus north for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the 'Burnet/2222' bus stop. From there, transfer to the MetroBus Route 22 (Cameron Road) and stay on the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Mount Bonnell Rd'. After getting off, walk about 10 minutes up Mount Bonnell Rd towards Covert Park, which will be on your left. The park is open from 5 AM to 10 PM.
