To reach the City of Arlington - Texas State Historical Marker from downtown Fort Worth, you can take the Trinity Metro Bus Route 7. Start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Main St. and 9th St. Board the bus heading towards Arlington. Once on the bus, remain on board until you reach the stop at Abram St. and Cooper St. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes. After getting off the bus, walk east on Abram St. for about 0.5 miles. The historical marker is located at 101 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010, on the right side of the street.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service. Start from downtown Fort Worth and head east on W 7th St, then continue onto the Martin Luther King Jr Fwy (US-287) bike path. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with Abram St. Turn left onto Abram St and continue to bike east. The historical marker will be on your left at 101 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010. The total distance is approximately 12 miles and should take around 1 hour.

For those who enjoy walking, this is a longer trek. Starting from downtown Fort Worth, head east on Main St. and continue straight to reach the Trinity River Trail. Follow the trail north until you reach the intersection with W 7th St. Cross over to the other side of the river and continue walking along W 7th St until you reach the intersection with Abram St. Then turn left onto Abram St. Walk for about 1.5 miles and you will find the historical marker at 101 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010. This walk will be around 5 miles in total and may take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
