Walking
If you are starting from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, head straight down the pier towards the beach area. Once you reach the end of the pier, turn left and follow the beach for about 0.2 miles until you reach the main road, Seawall Blvd. Turn right onto Seawall Blvd. and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Galveston Pier will be on your right, just after the intersection with 25th Street.
Bicycle
Rent a bike from one of the many rental shops around the Seawall area. Start from the Seawall and head east along the dedicated bike path. Continue riding along the Seawall for approximately 1 mile until you reach the Galveston Pier. The pier will be visible to your left, just after you pass the intersection with 25th Street.
Public Transportation (Bus)
Find a nearby bus stop for the Galveston Island Transit system. Take the Route 1 bus heading towards the Seawall and get off at the stop nearest to 25th Street. From there, walk east on 25th Street until you reach Seawall Blvd., then turn right and walk for about 0.1 miles. The Galveston Pier will be on your right.
