If you're at the Strand Historic District, head southeast on 21st Street towards Mechanic Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Rosenberg Street. Turn left onto Rosenberg Street, and continue walking until you see the Port of Galveston at 123 Rosenberg St. The port is located on your right.

From the Galveston Transportation Center, take Bus Route 1 towards the Depot. Stay on the bus for 3 stops, then get off at the Rosenberg & 12th stop. Walk east on Rosenberg Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Port of Galveston, located at 123 Rosenberg St.
