Metro Rail
If you're near the Main Street area, you can take the Metro Rail Line. Board the Red Line train at any Main Street station heading towards the North. Ride the train for approximately 10-15 minutes and get off at the 'Historic District' station. Once you exit, walk south on Main Street, then turn left onto Texas Avenue. Continue walking until you reach Travis Street, then turn right. The Market Square Clock Tower will be on your left at 301 Travis St.
Bus
You can take any bus that routes through Downtown Houston. If you're near a stop for the 40 or 50 buses, board one of these heading towards the Main Street area. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the 'Travis St @ Congress Ave' stop. From there, walk south on Travis Street for about 3 blocks, and you will find the Market Square Clock Tower at 301 Travis St on your right.
Biking
If you prefer biking, Houston has several bike-sharing programs. Rent a bike from a nearby station and head toward downtown. Follow the bike lanes along Allen Parkway until you reach downtown. Once in downtown, navigate to Travis Street and head south. The Market Square Clock Tower will be at 301 Travis St. Look for the large clock tower as a landmark.

If you're in the vicinity of Discovery Green or the George R. Brown Convention Center, you can walk to the Market Square Clock Tower. Head north on Avenida de las Americas until you reach the intersection with Texas Ave. Turn right on Texas Ave and continue until you reach Travis St. Turn left on Travis and walk about 2 blocks. The Market Square Clock Tower will be located at 301 Travis St.
