Transfer at the University of Houston-Downtown stop to Bus 52 (Hirsch Rd). Ride for about 15 minutes, then get off at the Westheimer @ Yupon stop. Walk south on Yupon St for about 5 minutes until you reach Rothko Chapel at 3900 Yupon St.
