Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the downtown area of McAllen, start at the McAllen Convention Center located at 700 Convention Center Blvd. Head south on S 10th St for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Nolana Ave. Turn left (east) onto E Nolana Ave and walk for two blocks until you reach S 15th St. Turn right (south) onto S 15th St, and you will see McAllen Parking Garage on your left at 221 S 15th St. The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile and should take around 20 minutes.

• Public Transportation

  If you're near the McAllen Public Library at 4001 N 23rd St, you can take the Metro McAllen bus. Board the bus route 1 (blue line) heading south towards downtown. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and get off at the stop near the intersection of E Nolana Ave and S 15th St. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk south on S 15th St to reach McAllen Parking Garage at 221 S 15th St.

• Biking

  From the McAllen Nature Center located at 4101 U.S. 281, head south on Bicentennial Blvd. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto E Nolana Ave. Continue biking for another mile until you reach S 15th St. Turn right onto S 15th St, and after a few blocks, you will find McAllen Parking Garage at 221 S 15th St. The route is approximately 3 miles and should take around 15 minutes.
