    If you are driving, start from the city center of Brownsville, TX. Head north on I-69E toward Harlingen. After about 20 miles, take Exit 177 toward TX-100 E. Follow TX-100 E for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit toward Los Fresnos/Port Isabel. Merge onto Buena Vista Blvd and continue for about 3 miles. The Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge will be on your right at 22688 Buena Vista Blvd, Los Fresnos, TX 78566.
