From the Sugar Land Town Square, walk to the bus stop at 15958 City Walk. Take the Fort Bend Transit Route 1 bus towards 'Downtown Houston'. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach the 'Main St @ Texas Ave' stop. From there, walk east on Texas Ave for a block, then turn right on Louisiana St. Wells Fargo Plaza will be on your left at 1000 Louisiana St.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a nearby rental station in Sugar Land Town Square. Head north on University Blvd, then follow the bike path along the Brazos River to the intersection with Highway 90. Turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Louisiana St in Houston. Follow Louisiana St north for about 2 miles and you will arrive at Wells Fargo Plaza, located at 1000 Louisiana St.

If you are up for a longer walk, start from the Sugar Land Town Square. Head north on Town Square Blvd, then take a left on University Blvd. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Highway 90. Cross to the other side and follow the sidewalk along the highway towards downtown Houston. Once you reach Louisiana St, turn left and walk north for about 1.5 miles. Wells Fargo Plaza will be on your left at 1000 Louisiana St.
