If you are starting from The Woodlands Mall, head south on the Woodlands Parkway towards I-45. Once you reach the intersection with I-45, you will need to catch a bus or use a rideshare service to reach Houston. For public transport, board the 'Woodlands Express' bus heading to the downtown Houston area. After approximately 40 minutes, disembark at the 'Main Street' stop in Houston. From there, walk east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Montrose Blvd. Turn left onto Montrose Blvd and walk north for about 0.5 miles. The Link Lee Mansion will be on your left at 3800 Montrose Blvd.

Once you arrive at the downtown bus terminal, transfer to the Metro light rail. Take the Rail towards the 'NRG Park' and disembark at the 'Museum District' station. From there, you can either walk north on Montrose Blvd for about 0.5 miles or catch a local bus towards 3800 Montrose Blvd, where the Link Lee Mansion is located.
