Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start by heading towards the main roads leading to the Chao Phraya River. Use a navigation app to set the destination to 89 Wat Suan Phlu Alley, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. Depending on your starting point, you might take major roads such as Rama IV Road or Silom Road. Once you reach the vicinity of the hotel, look for parking options nearby as the hotel may have its own parking area.

• Public Transportation - MRT and Boat

  Begin your journey by taking the MRT (Metro) to the Sam Yan Station. From there, exit and head towards the Sathorn Pier. You can take a taxi or a local tuk-tuk to reach the pier if necessary. At Sathorn Pier, board a Chao Phraya Express Boat heading northbound. Get off at the Taksin Pier and from there, it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Shangri-La Bangkok. Simply follow signs towards the hotel along the riverside.

• Public Transportation - BTS Skytrain

  If you prefer the BTS Skytrain, board the Sukhumvit Line and travel to the Siam Station. Transfer to the Silom Line and go to the Saphan Taksin Station. Upon exiting, follow the signs to Saphan Taksin Pier. From there, take a Chao Phraya Express Boat to reach Taksin Pier. The hotel is a short walk from the pier along the riverside. This method is efficient and allows you to enjoy the scenic views of the river.

• Taxi

  Taxis are readily available throughout Bangkok. Simply hail a taxi from the street or use a ride-hailing app. Provide the driver with the address: 89 Wat Suan Phlu Alley, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. Ensure the driver uses the meter to avoid any overcharging. The cost will vary depending on traffic but expect to pay around 100-200 THB depending on your starting point.
