There is parking available nearby but it can get crowded, so arrive early if possible.

To reach Wat Chedi Luang by Songthaew, find a local stop and board a red Songthaew heading towards the Old City. You can identify them by their red color. Tell the driver your destination, 'Wat Chedi Luang' or simply 'Chedi Luang'. The fare is typically around 20-30 THB. The Songthaew will drop you off near the temple, and you may need to walk a short distance to the entrance.

Public Transportation - Tuk Tuk
For a more private option, take a Tuk Tuk. You can easily find them in tourist areas or book one through your hotel. Negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be around 100-150 THB from central Chiang Mai to Wat Chedi Luang. The Tuk Tuk will drop you directly at the temple entrance.
