Getting there

Songthaew

To reach Montha Than Waterfall Trailhead, start by finding a Songthaew (red truck) in your area. You can catch a Songthaew at any major intersection or designated Songthaew stop. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Montha Than Waterfall' or 'Suthep area.' The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. The Songthaew will drop you off near the entrance to the waterfall trailhead. From there, look for the trail signs leading to the Montha Than Waterfall.

Tuk-tuk

Hail a Tuk-tuk from your location in Chiang Mai and inform the driver that you wish to go to 'Montha Than Waterfall' or provide them the address: 'RW8F+PJ9, Tambon Su Thep.' The journey will last around 30-40 minutes. Ensure you agree on the fare before starting your trip. The Tuk-tuk will drop you off at the entrance of the Montha Than Waterfall Trailhead.

Walking

If you are staying near the Suthep area and prefer to walk, head towards the road leading to the base of Doi Suthep Mountain. Follow the signs for Montha Than Waterfall.
