Songthaew

From the center of Chiang Rai, head to the main bus station (Chiang Rai Bus Terminal). Look for a songthaew (a shared taxi truck) heading towards Mae Yao. The fare should be around 30-50 THB. Once on the songthaew, inform the driver that you want to go to Ruammit Elephant Camp. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. You will be dropped off near the entrance of the camp.
Motorbike Taxi

If you're close to a busy street, you can easily find a motorbike taxi. Tell the driver you wish to go to Ruammit Elephant Camp on Unnamed Rd, Tambon Mae Yao.
