Car
From the main entrance of Doi Inthanon National Park, head south on Highway 108 towards Mae Chaem. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Mae Win. Turn left onto the road leading to Mae Win. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see signs directing you towards Doi Pha Ngam. Follow the signs for another 5 kilometers until you arrive at the parking area near Doi Pha Ngam. Parking may incur a fee of around 30 THB.
Public Transportation
To reach Doi Pha Ngam using public transport, you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) from the nearest town, Chom Thong. Head to the Chom Thong bus station and find a songthaew heading towards Mae Chaem. Inform the driver of your destination, Doi Pha Ngam. The ride will take about 1.5 hours and may cost around 100-150 THB per person. After dropping you off at the nearest point, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to the Doi Pha Ngam viewpoint.
Hiking
If you are feeling adventurous, you can hike to Doi Pha Ngam from nearby trails. Start from the main Doi Inthanon visitor center and follow the marked trails that lead towards the Doi Pha Ngam area. The hike is moderate and may take approximately 2-3 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks for the journey, as there are no facilities on the trail.
