Getting There

• Car Rental

  If you're renting a car, head south from Sairee Beach towards the main road (Route 4206). Continue straight until you reach the junction near Chalok Baan Kao. Take a right turn and follow the road that curves around the coast. Follow the signs for Ao Hin Wong. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Parking is available near the beach.

• Taxi

  You can easily hire a taxi from any location in Koh Tao. Just tell the driver you want to go to Ao Hin Wong, and they will take you directly there. The fare is typically around 200-300 THB, depending on your pickup location. Make sure to agree on the price before starting your journey.

• Songthaew (Shared Taxi)

  Catch a songthaew from the main road in Koh Tao. Look for the ones heading towards Ao Leuk or Chalok Baan Kao, as they often make stops at various beaches, including Ao Hin Wong. The fare is usually around 50-100 THB per person. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the closest point to the beach.

• Walking

  If you are staying nearby, walking to Ao Hin Wong is a beautiful option. From Sairee Beach, head south along the coast path. It’s about a 45-minute walk and offers stunning views of the ocean. Follow the signs leading to Ao Hin Wong. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.

• Motorbike Rental

  Rent a motorbike from one of the local shops in Koh Tao. The roads are quite accessible, and you'll enjoy the flexibility of exploring at your own pace. Head towards Route 4206, then follow the signs to Ao Hin Wong. The rental cost is about 150-300 THB per day, and make sure to wear a helmet and have a valid driver's license.
