Continue driving until you reach the junction at the bottom of the hill. Turn left onto the road that leads towards the viewpoint. The road will start to ascend steeply. Follow the signs for Wooden Rock Viewpoint. After about 10-15 minutes of driving, you will reach a parking area. Park your vehicle here and walk the remaining distance to the viewpoint, which is a short hike up a marked trail.

Motorbike
Renting a motorbike is a popular option for tourists in Koh Tao. Rent a motorbike from a local shop in Sairee Beach or another area. Once you have your motorbike, follow the same route as for cars. Drive south past the police station and take the left turn at the junction. The ascent will be similar, but a motorbike can be easier to navigate on narrow or steep roads. Park in the designated area and hike to the viewpoint.

Public transport options are limited in Koh Tao, but you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) from Sairee Beach to the viewpoint area. Look for songthaews that are heading towards Chalok Baan Kao and ask the driver to drop you off at the road leading to Wooden Rock Viewpoint. The fare is typically around 100-200 THB per person. From the drop-off point, you will need to walk about 20-30 minutes along the marked trail to reach the viewpoint.
