If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Chiang Mai. Head south on Route 108 (the main highway) towards Mae Wang. After approximately 30 km, look for signs leading to Mae Win. Turn onto the road leading to Ban Huai Pong. Continue on this road for about 10 km until you reach the Elephant Sanctuary Care Park at 61 Moo 11, Ban Huai Pong, Mae Win, Mae Wang District, Chiang Mai 50360. Parking is available on-site.

From Chiang Mai, you can take a songthaew (a shared taxi) from the Chang Phuak Bus Station to Mae Wang. The fare is usually around 50-100 THB per person. Ask the driver to drop you off near Mae Win.
