Start from the center of Mae Hong Son. Head east on Chao Fa Road (also known as Highway 108) until you reach the intersection with Huai Pong Road. This is about a 15-minute walk. Once at the intersection, turn right onto Huai Pong Road and continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by some local shops and small restaurants. Keep an eye out for directional signs towards the Hmong Microwave viewpoint. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach an unpaved path on the left side. This path leads directly to the viewpoint, which is about a 20-minute walk uphill. Follow the path until you reach the viewpoint, where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Mae Hong Son. Start your journey by heading east on Chao Fa Road (Highway 108) for about 1.5 kilometers. Once you reach the intersection with Huai Pong Road, turn right. Continue on Huai Pong Road for another 1.5 kilometers. Look out for an unpaved path on your left that leads to the Hmong Microwave viewpoint. Park your bicycle at the entrance of the path and walk uphill for about 20 minutes to reach the viewpoint. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.

If you can rent a motorbike, head out from the Mae Hong Son town center and take Chao Fa Road (Highway 108) heading east for about 1.5 kilometers. At the intersection with Huai Pong Road, turn right.
