If you are traveling by car from other parts of Northeastern Thailand (Isan), take Highway 2 (Mittraphap Road) towards Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat). Upon reaching Nakhon Ratchasima, continue on Highway 2 and look for the signs directing you to Khao Yai National Park. The park entrance is approximately 30 km from the city center. Ensure you have cash for the park entrance fee, which is around 400 THB for adults and 200 THB for children.

For those utilizing public transportation, you can take a bus from major cities in Isan like Khon Kaen or Ubon Ratchathani to Nakhon Ratchasima. The bus station in Nakhon Ratchasima is located near the city center. Once you arrive, you can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) or a minivan to the park entrance. The fare for the songthaew is approximately 50-100 THB depending on your negotiation skills and the number of passengers.
