Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Chiang Mai, take Route 107 heading north towards Pai. Once you reach Pai, continue on Route 1095. After about 5.5 kilometers from Pai, keep an eye out for the Unnamed Road (999W+P4V) on your left. Turn onto this road and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach Chinese Viewpoint. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

  • Public Transportation

    From Chiang Mai, you can take a bus to Pai. Buses leave regularly from the Arcade Bus Station in Chiang Mai. The journey takes about 3-4 hours and typically costs between 150 to 200 THB. Once you arrive in Pai, you can hire a songthaew (shared taxi) to take you to Chinese Viewpoint. The fare for a songthaew from Pai to the viewpoint is around 200-300 THB, depending on the negotiation.

  • Motorbike Rental

    For a more adventurous route, consider renting a motorbike in Pai. Rental shops are plentiful and typically charge around 150-300 THB per day.
