If you are driving from Chiang Mai, take Highway 108 south towards Chom Thong. Continue for about 50 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Highway 1009. Turn left onto Highway 1009 and follow the signs for Doi Inthanon National Park. The park entrance is approximately 15 kilometers from this junction. Expect to pay an entrance fee of 300 THB for foreigners. Parking is available at the park entrance.

From the Old City of Chiang Mai, head to the Arcade Bus Station and take a minibus to Chom Thong. The fare is typically around 50-70 THB and the journey takes about an hour. Once in Chom Thong, you can hire a local songthaew (shared taxi) to take you directly to the Doi Inthanon National Park entrance, which will cost approximately 200-300 THB per person, depending on the number of passengers.
