Turn right onto Route 21 and continue for approximately 10 km. Look for signs directing you to Huai Yai. After about 5 km, you will see signs for Khao Pae Pan Nam. Follow these signs and navigate the local roads until you reach the parking area near the base of the mountain. Note that some roads may be unpaved, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

To reach Khao Pae Pan Nam via public transport, first take a bus from Phetchabun Bus Terminal to Huai Yai. Buses run regularly and the fare is approximately 30-50 THB. Once you arrive in Huai Yai, you can hire a local tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi to take you to the entrance of Khao Pae Pan Nam. The tuk-tuk fare will vary but expect to pay around 100-150 THB for the short trip. Ensure to confirm the price before setting off.
