If you're driving, start from the center of Phi Pan Nam Range. Head north on Route 1 towards Phayao District. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 1123. Turn left onto Route 1123 and drive for approximately 10 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Wiang, Mueang Phayao District. When you enter Wiang, the Phayao Naga Statues will be on your left-hand side. There is a small parking area nearby where you can leave your car.
