If you are driving, start from the center of Mueang Phayao District. Head southwest on Phayao-Kunthakarn Road (Route 1) for about 2 kilometers. You will see signs pointing towards Kwan Phayao lake. Continue until you see a junction, then turn left onto the road leading towards the lake. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see the Pho Khun Ngam Muang Monument on your right, directly opposite Kwan Phayao. There is parking available nearby.
