Walking
If you are starting from Surat Thani Train Station, exit the station and head west on Thanon Srisuchart for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Thanon Kanchanadit. Turn right onto Thanon Kanchanadit and walk for approximately 600 meters. You will see a local bus stop; continue straight for another 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Thanon Suratsawad. Keep walking for about 1.5 km, and you will see the landmark ซุ้มประตูเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี on your left.

Public Transport
From Surat Thani Bus Terminal, catch a local songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards Makham Tia. The fare is approximately 20 THB. Inform the driver you are going to ซุ้มประตูเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี, and they will drop you off close to the landmark. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off, walk a short distance to the landmark, which is nearby.
