Car
From the main entrance of Kiang East National Park, head southeast on the main road towards the village of Manduar. Continue driving for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork, which is signposted towards Lohen Forest Park. Drive for another 5 kilometers, and you will see the entrance to Lohen Forest Park on your right. Ensure you have cash for the park entrance fee, which is around 50 Dalasi (GMD) per person.

To reach Lohen Forest Park by public transport, you can take a bush taxi (shared taxi) from the town of Banjul or nearby villages to the Kiang East area. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Manduar junction. From there, you may need to hire a local taxi to take you the remaining 5 kilometers to the park entrance.
