Car
If you're driving from the center of Sami, head south on the main road towards Serrekunda. Continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kotu Stream Road. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs for Tamala Beach Resort on your right. Follow the signs into the resort's parking area.
Public Transportation - Taxi
From anywhere in Sami, you can hire a taxi to take you directly to Tamala Beach Resort. Make sure to negotiate the fare before getting in; it typically costs around 500 GMD (Gambian Dalasi) for a one-way trip. The driver will be familiar with the resort and can drop you off right at the entrance.
Public Transportation - Local Bus
To take a local bus, head to the nearest bus stop in Sami. Look for a bus heading towards Serrekunda. The fare is usually around 20 GMD. Once you reach Serrekunda, get off at the main bus station and take a short taxi ride to Tamala Beach Resort, which should cost around 200 GMD. Alternatively, you can walk from the bus station to the resort, which will take about 25 minutes.
