Start your journey at the Serekunda Market, which is centrally located in Serekunda. From the market, head north on the main road (Kairaba Avenue) towards the intersection with the Banjul Highway. Continue walking until you reach the junction where the Banjul Highway meets the road to Barra. This is about a 20-30 minute walk depending on your pace. Once you reach the junction, look for signs or ask locals for directions to the ferry terminal.

At the ferry terminal, which is located in Banjul, purchase a ticket to Barra. The ferry ride takes approximately 30-45 minutes. While on the ferry, enjoy the views of the river and surroundings. Once you arrive at Barra, disembark from the ferry and exit the terminal.
