Take the N1 heading towards Lomé. Continue on the N1 for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the town of Mepe. Use a GPS or map application to navigate to the coordinates 5.9404° N, 0.7913° W. Once in Mepe, follow local signs directing you to Keta Lagoon Protected Area.

    Public Transportation

    Start by taking a shared taxi or bus from your location in the Plateaux Region to Atakpamé. From Atakpamé, look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Lomé. Inform the driver that you want to get off in Mepe. The fare is typically around 2,000-3,000 CFA Francs. Once you arrive in Mepe, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to Keta Lagoon Protected Area.
