From the center of Kolovai, head southwest towards the main road, 'Tonga 1 Road'. Walk along this road, keeping the ocean on your left side. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with 'Houma Road'. Turn right onto Houma Road and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers. You will notice signs directing you to the Mapu'a Vaea Blowholes. As you get closer, the road will lead you to a parking area near the blowholes, where you can enjoy the stunning natural formations.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Kolovai. Start by cycling southwest towards 'Tonga 1 Road'. Turn left onto Tonga 1 Road and pedal along the coast for about 1.5 kilometers.
