From the center of Neiafu, head south towards the main road (Vava'u Road). Once you reach the road, continue south for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Continue on this road for another 1 kilometer until you see the entrance to Anahulu Cave on your right.
