From the central area of Nuku'alofa, head towards the waterfront and follow the main road, Hala Taufa'ahau, until you reach the intersection with Hala Nuku'alofa. Continue on this road for 1 kilometer until you reach Haveluliku village. The Anahulu Cave is located in this area, and you can ask local residents for specific directions.
