Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Chaguanas Main Road, head west towards the Western Main Rd. Walk along the Main Road until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the exit onto the Western Main Rd, heading towards the Chaguaramas area. Continue walking straight on Western Main Rd for about 3 kilometers. You will pass local shops and small eateries along the way, which you can stop by if you wish. The Chaguaramas Boardwalk will be on your right side, alongside the coast, where you can enjoy beautiful views.

Public Transport (Bus)
From any point in Chaguanas, locate the bus stop along Chaguanas Main Road. Board a bus that indicates it is going to Port of Spain or Chaguaramas. Make sure to ask the bus driver if the bus stops at the Chaguaramas Boardwalk if you are unsure. The bus fare will typically be around TT$3-5. After approximately 20-30 minutes, you will reach the Chaguaramas area. Disembark at the Chaguaramas Boardwalk stop, which is well marked. From there, follow the pedestrian path leading to the boardwalk area.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Chaguanas. Start your journey on Chaguanas Main Road heading toward the Western Main Rd. Continue cycling straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the exit towards Western Main Rd. From there, cycle straight for about 3 kilometers. Be cautious of traffic, and use designated bike lanes where available. The Chaguaramas Boardwalk will be easy to spot on your right as you approach the coast.
