Start from the Couva Main Road, where you can find the Couva Market. Head east along the Couva Main Road until you reach the intersection with the Southern Main Road. Turn left onto Southern Main Road and continue walking until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, take a right onto the Paramin Road. Follow Paramin Road as it winds upwards. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see a sign indicating Fond Pois Doux Road. Turn left onto Fond Pois Doux Road and continue straight. After a short distance, you will find La Vigie Paramin Lookout on your right.

From Couva Main Road, look for a bus heading towards San Fernando. Board the bus and inform the driver you want to get off at the Paramin Road junction. After approximately 15-20 minutes, disembark at the junction. From there, walk up Paramin Road until you reach Fond Pois Doux Road. Turn left onto Fond Pois Doux Road and walk a short distance until you see La Vigie Paramin Lookout on your right.
