From the Point Fortin Market, head west on High Street towards Paria Suites Hotel. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road, where you will see a large roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the South Trinidad Highway. Walk along the highway, keeping an eye out for the bus stop on your left. Take a local maxi taxi heading towards San Fernando. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Woodford Square in Port of Spain.

From Point Fortin, walk to the nearest bus stop on High Street. Take a maxi taxi or a local bus heading towards San Fernando. Once in San Fernando, transfer to a bus or maxi taxi heading towards Port of Spain. The journey to Port of Spain will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, get off at the Central Bus Terminal. From the terminal, you can walk towards Knox Street where Woodford Square is located.
