If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Aeolis. Head south on the main road (D400) towards Fethiye. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit for Seydikemer. Follow the signs to Seydikemer town and then to Yakaköy, which is about 10 kilometers from Seydikemer. The Acropolis of Tlos is located just outside of Yakaköy. The specific address is Yakaköy, 48850 Seydikemer/Muğla. There is a small parking area near the site where you can leave your car.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from the main bus terminal in Aeolis to Seydikemer. Buses to Seydikemer are available frequently. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 20-30 Turkish Lira. Once you arrive in Seydikemer, you can take a local dolmuş (minibus) or taxi to Yakaköy. The dolmuş service is relatively inexpensive, costing around 5-10 Turkish Lira, and will drop you off close to the entrance of the Acropolis of Tlos.

If you're already in Yakaköy, the Acropolis of Tlos is within walking distance. From the center of Yakaköy, head west towards the hills. The path will lead you to the entrance of the site. It’s a pleasant walk that takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain can be uneven.
