If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Aeolis. Head south on the main road (D400) towards Fethiye. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit for Seydikemer. Follow the signs to Seydikemer town and then to Yakaköy, which is about 10 kilometers from Seydikemer. The Acropolis of Tlos is located just outside of Yakaköy.
