Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Çankaya neighborhood, the easiest way to get to Anıtkabir is to walk. From central points like Tunalı Hilmi Street, head towards Akdeniz Cd. Follow the street signs towards Anıtkabir. It's about a 20-minute walk from Tunalı Hilmi. Look for the large white monument as you approach, which is Anıtkabir.

  • Bus

    You can also take public transportation. Look for a bus stop nearby and take the bus number 133 or 132, which goes directly to Anıtkabir. The bus ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to have an AnkaraKart for bus fare. The card can be purchased at kiosks or vending machines around the city.

  • Metro
