Walking
If you are in the center of Avanos, start at the main square where the statue of the famous Turkish poet, Aşık Veysel, is located. From the square, head east on Atatürk Boulevard (Atatürk Caddesi) for about 600 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 108. Sk. Turn left onto 108. Sk and walk for approximately 250 meters. Gizemli Mağara will be on your right at 108. Sk No:12.

Public Bus
If you prefer taking a bus, you can catch a local minibus (dolmuş) heading towards Ürgüp or Göreme from the Avanos bus station. It will take you to a stop near the Avanos center. Once you get off, walk to the main square and follow the walking instructions provided above. The bus fare is around 10 TL, and buses run every 30 minutes.

Bicycle Rental
For a more adventurous approach, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Avanos. Once you have your bike, head toward Atatürk Boulevard and cycle east for about 600 meters, then turn left on 108. Sk and continue cycling for 250 meters. Gizemli Mağara will be on your right. Rental prices vary but typically range from 30 to 50 TL for a few hours.
