From the center of Ortahisar, head towards the Ortahisar Castle. Walk along the main road (Ortahisar-Ürgüp road) for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with '2. Küme' street. Turn left onto '2. Küme' street, and continue for about 5 minutes. You will see signs directing you towards Meskendir Vadisi. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the entrance of Meskendir Vadisi.

If you prefer a quicker route, you can take a dolmuş (shared minibus) from Ortahisar to Ürgüp. Dolmuşes regularly depart from the Ortahisar main square. The fare is approximately 10 Turkish Lira.
