Getting There

  • Walking

    From Uchisar, start at the Uchisar Castle. Head east on the main road (Avanos Road) for about 1.5 km. You will pass a few shops and cafes along the way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection where you will see signs for Cappadocia National Park. At the intersection, turn left onto Çavuşin road. Walk for another 2 km until you reach the entrance of Cappadocia National Park.

  • Public Bus

    From Uchisar, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the Uchisar bus station. Take a bus heading to Avanos. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes and costs around 15 Turkish Lira. Once you arrive at Avanos, get off at the main bus station and transfer to a local minibus (dolmuş) heading to Çavuşin. The minibus ride will take about 10 minutes and costs approximately 10 Turkish Lira. Get off at the stop closest to Cappadocia National Park.

  • Bicycle Rental

    For a more adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Uchisar. After renting, head east on Avanos Road, staying on the designated bike path. Follow the same route as if walking, which is approximately 3.5 km to the entrance of Cappadocia National Park. This option allows you to enjoy the scenic views and fresh air while cycling.
