To reach Arsameia by car from the central area of Commagene, start by heading southeast on the D300 highway towards Kahta. Continue on the D300 for approximately 15 km until you reach the town of Kahta. Once in Kahta, follow signs for Eski Kahta. After entering Eski Kahta, go towards the village of Arsameia, which is located approximately 5 km from the town center. Look for the signs indicating the archaeological site. There is a parking area available at the site.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) from Kahta to Eski Kahta. The minibuses leave from the main bus terminal in Kahta and run regularly throughout the day. The fare is approximately 10-15 TL. Once you arrive in Eski Kahta, you may need to walk about 1 km to reach the entrance of Arsameia. Be sure to ask locals for directions if needed, as it is a popular destination.

If you are already in the vicinity of Eski Kahta, you can walk to Arsameia. From the center of Eski Kahta, head east on the main road.
