Public Transport - Metro
If you are starting from Taksim Square, take the funicular to Kabataş station. From Kabataş, transfer to the tram (T1 line) towards Bağcılar. Get off at the 'Karaköy' station and walk to the 'Karaköy' ferry terminal. Take a ferry to Üsküdar. Once you arrive at Üsküdar, exit the ferry terminal and walk straight along the main road (Marmara Boulevard) for about 10 minutes until you reach Ferah Yolu Street. Turn left onto Ferah Yolu Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Museum of Islamic Civilizations will be on your right.

Public Transport - Bus
From Sultanahmet, take bus number 28 or 29 from the bus stop located near the Sultanahmet tram station. The bus will take you directly to Üsküdar. Once you arrive at Üsküdar, exit the bus and walk towards the main road (Marmara Boulevard). Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Ferah Yolu Street. Turn left onto Ferah Yolu Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will find the Museum of Islamic Civilizations on your right.

If you are already in Üsküdar, you can easily walk to the Museum of Islamic Civilizations. From the Üsküdar ferry terminal, head north on Marmara Boulevard. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Ferah Yolu Street. Turn left onto Ferah Yolu Street and walk for about 5 minutes. The museum will be on your right side.
