If you're driving from the city of Rize, take the D-925 highway heading northeast towards Çamlıhemşin. Continue on this road for approximately 80 kilometers. As you get closer, you'll pass through picturesque villages and lush landscapes. Follow the signs for Ayder Plateau. Once you reach the village of Çamlıhemşin, look for signs pointing to Ayder Turizm Merkez. The entrance to Çamlıhemşin Belediyesi Ayder Turizm Merkez Giriş Kapı is located at Kaplıca, 53790 Yukarışimşirli, Rize. There is parking available near the entrance, but be prepared to pay a small fee, usually around 20-30 Turkish Lira.

Public Transportation
For those opting for public transportation, start your journey at Rize Bus Station. Look for a bus heading to Çamlıhemşin. The journey takes about 2-3 hours and costs approximately 30-50 Turkish Lira. Upon arrival at Çamlıhemşin, you can either take a local dolmuş (shared minibus) or a taxi to reach Ayder Plateau. The dolmuş ride costs around 10-15 Turkish Lira and takes about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver to drop you off at Ayder Turizm Merkez Giriş Kapı.

If you're already in the Kaçkar Mountains and enjoy hiking, there are trails leading to Ayder from nearby villages such as Elevit or Pokut.
