Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from Mesopotamia, take the E90 highway towards İstanbul. Follow the signs for İstanbul and merge onto the O-2 highway. Continue on the O-2 highway, which will lead you directly into the city. Once you reach the Fatih district, look for signs directing you toward Aksaray and then Şehzadebaşı Street. Use your GPS to navigate to Kemal Paşa, Şehzadebaşı Cd. No:15, 34134 Fatih/İstanbul. Parking may be limited in the area, so plan to find a parking garage nearby or street parking, which may incur a cost.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Old Istanbul Center using public transportation, start by finding the nearest bus or train station in Mesopotamia. Take a bus or train to İstanbul. If you take the train, you will likely arrive at the Sirkeci Train Station in the city center. From Sirkeci, you can take tram line T1 towards Kabataş. Get off at the Aksaray stop, then transfer to the tram line T4 towards Topkapı. Disembark at the Şehzadebaşı stop. From there, it is a short walk to Kemal Paşa, Şehzadebaşı Cd. No:15, 34134 Fatih/İstanbul. Be aware that public transportation may require purchasing an Istanbulkart, which costs around 50 TL, and each trip may cost an additional 15 TL.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from your location in Mesopotamia to Old Istanbul Center. You can easily find a taxi by asking at your hotel or hailing one on the street. The journey may take about 1-2 hours, depending on traffic conditions. The fare will vary but expect to pay around 300-400 TL.
